Enterprise Partner Manager
Prague, Czech Republic

We are expanding our team in Prague and are looking for a stellar Partner Manager that wants to make an impact in a growing SaaS-based company. You will partner with our COO and sales teamsto build out European Partner Network, to meet and exceed your goals. There is a significant advancement opportunity available based on success from within.

What you'll do

  • Identify and qualify opportunities for Keboola’s DataOps platform to solve customer Data
  • problems through partners network.
  • Define, confirm and communicate the differentiated value of Keboola to the partners and
    customers at both the technical and business level.
  • Arrange and conduct Executive and CxO discussions and positioning meetings.
  • Establish Keboola’s ability to deliver business value through Proof of Technology, and Proof
    of Concept engagements with Partners.
  • Identify the partners approvers, decision makers, and influencers, and develop strategies for
    each to mitigate risk and increase deal confidence.
  • Use to maintain a current and accurate pipeline of your early stage, upside,
    and forecast deals.
  • Consistently communicate and brainstorm with your closest peers - Enterprise sales team
    and Customer Success Manager and extended team around all aspects of account and
    opportunity status & development.
  • Direct accountability to meet or exceed your quarterly and annual sales quota on a
    consistent basis.
  • Be responsible for creating an enterprise partners pipeline.
  • Organize meetings and calls with partners and your team regarding joint opportunities.
  • Be able demonstrate keboola DataOps platform solution to business partners from partner's

What we look for

  • Technical Mindset and strong passion for DATA & Data Science.
  • Fluent Czech verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least 5+ years of experience with B2B Enterprise Business.
  • Experience developing relationships with executive leaders within and across all
    departments in Enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals over $1M+ ARR.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage customer executive relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles including the ability to provide coordination and direction to your extended team.
  • Successful background in qualifying opportunities while positioning data technology
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Desire and demonstrated success in a collaborative work environment working cross
    functionally; i.e. Sales Engineer.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outside sales experience with data processing workflows, data analytics, Business
    Intelligence, data automation.

The skills and experience you need to have

  • Speak fluently in Czech and English and be based in Prague.
  • Have 5+ years' experience as an Partner Manager/Executive within B2B data/tech
    companies or consultancies.
  • Have strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and drive 'win-win' revenue
    opportunities within an existing account base.
  • Have an insatiable thirst for knowledge and development and the desire to grow in your role
    and with the company.
  • Are technically savvy with a deep desire to build and support relationships and expand the
    product use within a customer environment.
  • Possess good judgement with consultative, problem solving, and escalation resolution skills.
  • Daily working experience with Salesforce, Google products, Slack, Zoom etc.

  • Demonstrated capability to build partners high stake holder pipelines from scratch on
    continuing bases.
  • Has a good understanding of market problems, Keboola’s position, and has well- established
  • Is familiar with a solution-based approach to selling.
  • Can create online relationships with key stakeholders within targeted companies as well as
    opinion-makers, industry associations, etc.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and be responsible for their movement along the “grid”.
  • Ability to create “white glove” wow moments that are very personalized and help individuals
    to grow, understand what they want and help them on their journey.
  • Be able to think in “networks” and how to connect them and the value they bring to each
    other and apply our offering to it.
  • Can research customers and partner’s problems beforehand and strategize the best course
    of actions to close the client and help them to solve their challenges.
