Custom Development

Besides our own projects we do some custom programming from time to time. We usually pick an interresting project which offers something new and means a challenge in some way, we don't like to do the same job over and over again.

 

In such cases we put a lot of hard work into the detailed analytical preparation, which consequently significantly saves customer's resources invested in the project. In the overwhelming majority, the preparation stage does not end up with UML diagrams; we often provide functional prototypes of new applications which ensure that the way everything should work is clarified in detail before programming starts.

 

Projects are then executed with the same care that is provided for the preparation stage. Due to our internal mechanisms, deadlines are fully under control throughout the production process; you will definitely not be surprised by any additional costs just before receiving the work thanks to the fix time and fix price policy.

 

Majority of the server-side programming is done in PHP on the Zend Framework platform. iPhone and iPad apps obviously require Objective-C, when a server-side components are needed, they are again mostly done in PHP and Zend. Applications requiring high operating and computing power or disk space on the side of the server are located in Amazon Web Services – a top cloud environment the entire application is designed and optimised for from the very beginning. It is this approach that enables us to provide extreme performance and high availability of our solutions at very favourable prices.

 

Various user generated data (through standard application use) is collected during the application life cycle. Data acquired in this way are modelled and analysed for our customers using high-tech real-time business intelligence tools. Using BI methods is automatically taken into consideration when designing every single application. We believe it is the only way to provide the customers with a really efficient and complex solution.

 

We try to be real partners and support to our customers. Money is invested, not spent with us.
